USA: Possible More Issues for The Boeing 737 Max-9

United has discovered loose bolts on one of their B737 Max-9 aircraft doors during the mandatory checks directed by the FAA following the earlier issue with the Alaska Air emergency door blowout incident.

It is too early to tell about the consequences of this latest discovery, whether it is a one off incident or something material. The next few days will be crucial for both the aircraft manufacturer and for travellers.


These incidents can't be doing Boeing any favours as they managed to turn a corner with the MAX range following the catastrophic and well documented issues over the last few years.


The market and the industry wait and watch.
