We would like to advise that we have terminated a recent contract award with AHS Nigeria Limited. The contract was for management, Corporate restructuring and business development services in the sphere of ground handling services.
Due to a number of professional observations and legal irregularities discovered whilst on ground in Nigeria we decided to terminate the contract as per our legal obligations and gave notice to terminate the contract with effect from 7th March, 2023. Our legal advisors are dealing with the situation.
We have no further association with AHS Nigeria Limited but continue to enjoy fruitful relations with AHS Group and Menzies aviation.
