Unions have called off their countrywide strike during the second day of industrial action, this after a plea by the Ministry of Aviation.
The respite may be short term if the Union demands to match the country's minimum wage law is not applied across the sector.
Nigeria has a long way to do and the relevant ministries have denied workers any support over the recent years which has led to this latest bout of industrial action.
Things are on tender hooks indeed.
Ends.
